ترتيب نزول القرآن الكريم
Tartib al-Nuzul — The Quran in Order of Revelation
All 114 Surahs arranged as they descended upon the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ
Scholar's Note: The sequence follows the Egyptian Standard (Azhari) Sequence — the most widely accepted ordering among classical scholars, based on al-Itqan fi Ulum al-Quran (Imam al-Suyuti), al-Fihrist (Ibn al-Nadim), and transmitted reports of Ibn Abbas (RA) and Jabir ibn Zayd. The three periods — Early Makki (Years 1–5), Late Makki (Years 5–13), and Madani (post-Hijra, 1–10 AH) — follow standard Ulumul-Quran classification. Scholarly opinions differ on ~15–20 surahs; variant positions and mixed-period verses are noted in the Notable Exceptions column. Click any column header to sort.
